Beta Testing Agreement

Sports Betting Analyzer is currently in beta testing phase. This means:

• The platform is not final and actively under development
• Features may change, be added, or removed without notice
• Bugs and errors are expected and should be reported
• Performance may vary and service interruptions may occur
• Data may be reset or lost during development

Your participation helps us improve the product. By using the Service during beta, you agree to provide feedback and report issues.

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties of any kind, including but not limited to:

• ❌ No guarantee of accuracy or correctness
• ❌ No guarantee of uptime or availability
• ❌ No guarantee of data persistence
• ❌ No guarantee of future features or functionality
• ❌ No guarantee of compatibility with your device

Data Collection:

We collect minimal data (username, password, picks, usage stats) as described in our Privacy Policy. By creating an account, you consent to this data collection.

Data Volatility:

• Data may be reset without notice during beta
• Picks, stats, and user accounts may be deleted for testing
• We will attempt to provide notice, but cannot guarantee it
• Do not store critical information in the platform

Data Security:

While we implement security best practices, this is a beta environment with limited resources. Do not use passwords you use elsewhere or share sensitive information.

As a beta tester, you agree to:

• Report Bugs: Notify admin of any errors, crashes, or unexpected behavior
• Provide Feedback: Share honest opinions about features and usability
• Use Responsibly: Do not attempt to abuse, hack, or break the system
• Respect Others: Do not harass other users or admins
• Keep Credentials Secure: Protect your password and account
• Accept Limitations: Understand beta users have read-only access

Prohibited Activities:

• ❌ Attempting to gain unauthorized access (hacking, SQL injection, etc.)
• ❌ Creating multiple accounts to manipulate leaderboards
• ❌ Scraping data or using automated bots
• ❌ Sharing your account credentials with others
• ❌ Reverse engineering or decompiling the platform

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sports Betting Analyzer and its administrators shall NOT be liable for:

• Financial losses from betting decisions made using AI picks
• Data loss, corruption, or deletion during beta testing
• Service interruptions, downtime, or unavailability
• Errors, bugs, or inaccuracies in picks or statistics
• Security breaches or unauthorized access to your account
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

All content, features, and functionality of the Service (including but not limited to AI algorithms, statistical models, design, and code) are owned by Sports Betting Analyzer and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer any part of the Service without explicit written permission.

We may terminate your account if you:

• Violate these terms or the Privacy Policy
• Engage in prohibited activities
• Attempt to abuse or exploit the system
• Remain inactive for an extended period (1+ year)

You may terminate your account by:

• Requesting deletion via admin contact
• Simply stopping use of the Service

Upon termination, your account and associated data will be deleted. This may not be reversible.

Duration:

Beta testing will continue until the platform reaches production-ready status. We may end the beta at any time with or without notice.

Graduation to Production:

When beta ends, we may migrate to a production environment. This may involve:

• Data migration or reset
• Updated terms of service
• Pricing changes (currently free, may charge later)
• Feature changes or removals

No Guarantee of Continued Access:

Beta access does not guarantee continued access after beta ends. We may require re-registration, payment, or other actions to continue using the Service.

Any feedback, suggestions, or bug reports you provide become the property of Sports Betting Analyzer. We may use your feedback to improve the Service without compensation or attribution.

Confidentiality: During beta, you may see unreleased features or information. We ask that you do not publicly share details about the platform without permission, but this is not a strict legal requirement.

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.

Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service is operated, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these terms or use of the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes may be subject to arbitration or court proceedings in the applicable jurisdiction.
